Tricia Frame

Dr. Tricia Frame has been an educator for 19 years and holds a Doctorate of Education in Instructional Leadership and Curriculum from Argosy University, a Master's in Education in Educational Leadership and a Bacheor's of Arts in Organizational Management and Psychology.

Dr. Frame started in education at the Devereux Foundation as a teacher and administrator serving children with developmental disabilities and those having severe emotional disorders. For the past 14 years, she has worked for Brevard Public Schools as a guidance counselor, teacher trainer, coordinator for Instructional and Behavioral Services, and most recently as the Director of Student Services for FDLRS and Pre-K ESE Services.

Dr. Frame brings with her many years of collaboration, strategic leadership, curriculum management, and experience in creating and conducting professional development to the Puzzle Box family.


Evelyn Ziccardi
Principal - Puzzle Box Academy

Evelyn Ziccardi

Evelyn Ziccardi joined Puzzle Box Academy on Monday, May 7, 2018, as the new principal, following 22 years of service within the Florida Public Schools. Her career began at Pinar Elementary in Orange County, where she taught students with disabilities for 3 years. She then moved to Brevard County where she continued working with students with special needs. From there, Mrs. Ziccardi went on to teach third grade, school-wide writing and middle school intensive reading and language arts. In addition, she has been a Title 1 Coordinator, literacy coach and from 2007 to 2017, an assistant principal in Brevard County.

Mrs. Ziccardi is a native Floridian but spent the majority of her childhood and all of her school years in Southaven, Mississippi. She moved back to Palm Bay in 1990 and started college at Brevard Community College and received her bachelor’s in Specific Learning Disabilities from the University of Central Florida in 1996. She worked full time and went to school for the first 4 years of her schooling. After realizing she loved education and wanted to stay in this field, Mrs. Ziccardi obtained her master’s degree from the University of Central Florida in elementary education and finally received her specialist’s degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. In addition, she has her reading endorsement and has a great passion for literacy.

Mrs. Ziccardi views a collaborative school environment as the key to creating successful teachers and students. She believes partnerships between staff, parents and community partners are essential to enriching the experience at Puzzle Box Academy and is looking forward to building those relationships.

Please meet our Assistant Principal, Sarah Stocky! She has been educating children in Brevard County for over 13 years! As a teacher, she has worked in many capacities within the education field. These include Early Childhood and Exceptional Education within an inclusion model and self-contained setting. In addition, she has served in the role of Curriculum Specialist, Manager of Operations, and most recently as an Exceptional Education Support Specialist focusing on classroom programming, teacher training, and compliance.

Sarah attended the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Development. Later, she worked to obtain her Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum Design and Instruction with a focus in Special Education. Her career mission is to find and unlock the potential in every child, no matter the barrier. To do this, she is focused on assisting families with understanding their educational options, embracing the journey that their son/daughter is on, and individualizing the pathway for every child to reach goals that some may view as too difficult, or even impossible. As a team, she believes we can accomplish wonderful things!
